Purpose
- Align the Cinema Consortium Digital organisations on digital reporting
- Provide a framework for digital reporting that focuses on quantitative, meaningful metrics and KPIs, to demonstrate genuine impact, participation and results
The Digital Reporting Charter supports:
- The Consortium organisations, in improving and optimising their digital marketing activities, with a new and improved reporting framework and guidelines. A framework based on clear, quantitative metrics, will better support the organisations in identifying patterns over time, and adjusting activities based on results.
- The Consortium organisation teams, by upskilling them (where necessary) in digital reporting, and providing a reporting framework that will lead to more efficient working on digital data and analysis
- The Arts Council, by providing streamlined reporting that is focused on the most meaningful metrics
- The communities, participants and audiences of the Consortium organisations, through a reporting framework that will enable the organisations to improve their digital outreach and offerings
- Funders of the Consortium organisations, to better understand the work being done by the Consortium, and activities that they can potentially support in the future
